About The Position
Liberty Security Group is hiring Flex Security Officers to work across high-profile sites in Detroit and gain top-level security experience. Flex Officers are highly valued, receive priority for leadership opportunities, and help set the standard for professionalism and customer service.
Requirements
- Clean criminal background (no felonies, violent/fraud misdemeanors, or weapons charges)
- Available at least two shifts/week (days, afternoons, midnights) including weekends
- Valid driver’s license or state ID & reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, team player, customer service mindset
- Access to a working cell phone
Responsibilities
- Patrol and inspect assigned sites
- Observe, report, and respond to incidents
- Enforce client rules and maintain safety
- Provide excellent customer service
