About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Flex Security Officer! This role requires open availability and a valid driver's license. As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to engage with others, reassuring and inspiring confidence. Requirements

Must have open availability for mornings, evenings, or overnights - any day of the week
Must have security experience or at least 2 years of verifiable experience in customer service
Must be computer literate - able to type and learn new programs
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Valid DL

Nice To Haves

Prior badging experience is a plus
Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
Have a state license if required

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Create badges for customer employees, vendors and guests.
