About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Flex Security Officer to join their team. This is a casual position where the role will vary depending on the day and special event, requiring adaptability and precision. The officer will be responsible for tasks such as customer service, patrols, and surveillance. Candidates must be willing to travel to the Howell and Ann Arbor areas and have availability for all shifts as needed. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Open availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
