About The Position

The FLEX Officer is someone that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site. Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff. The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional, motivated, and ready to learn!

Requirements

Strong customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting (including healthcare)
Must have a GED or High School Diploma
Walking/standing for long periods
Flexible work availability
Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record
At least 18 years old
Flexibility to travel to and work at multiple client sites
Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a VT AND NH Guard Card

Responsibilities

Fill in at various sites as needed.
