Position Summary: Oversees daily security operations, supervises assigned personnel, and ensures the consistent delivery of safety, security, and customer service.
Requirements
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet HSS a Tarian company driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).
- For applicable roles, previous employment must be verified through our background vendor. If any employment cannot be confirmed, candidates may be required to provide proof of employment (such as a pay stubs or W-2s).

Responsibilities
- Upholding HSS’s commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community.
- Maintaining the security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and its patients and visitors -- and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property.
- Provide supervision for at-risk patients in the hospital environment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
