About The Position

The Flex Sales Team Member is a dynamic, multi-skilled role that brings the IMAX® sensory experience to life. Operating upper lobby and theater level concessions, this position rotates through three key operational posts: Plaza Entry & Admissions, Theater Level Ushering, and Merchandise Sales. The Flex Sales Team Member delivers a fast-paced admissions and retail experience in the IMAX® at the Center, bringing together film, retail, and immersive guest engagement across the venue. This role supports both operations and retail sales, rotating across posts throughout the day to keep the venue stocked, efficient, visually vibrant, and ready for guests. Whether working on the plaza, in retail, or guiding guests through self-serve kiosks, Flex Sales Team Members play a critical role in creating Transforming Moments that elevate the experience. Requirements

  • Strong guest service skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort in handling transactions, restocking inventory, and multitasking.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Availability during peak operational periods, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in attractions, cinemas, theaters, cultural venues, or similar high-volume guest environments.
  • Experience in retail, or attractions.
  • Familiarity with merchandising, product rotation, or POS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver energetic, warm, and knowledgeable service reflective of company established hospitality standards.
  • Assist guests with product selection, ingredient information, complimentary pairings, and retail recommendations.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately, ensuring smooth transaction flow.
  • Promote featured products, film-adjacent merchandise, and specialty seasonal offerings.
  • Execute merchandising standards with visually appealing displays that highlight product collections.
  • Restock retail items, ensuring proper placement, pricing accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Maintain retail zones in clean, organized, and inviting conditions.
  • Assist guests with retail browsing, answering questions.
  • Assist with daily stocking, inventory counts, and product rotation.
  • Maintain accurate par levels and communicate low-stock or out-of-stock needs.
  • Follow all health, safety, allergen, and sanitation regulations.
  • Support loss prevention standards and product handling expectations.
  • Be familiar with daily showtimes, film themes, theater policies, and guest FAQs.
  • Assist guests with cross-venue guidance, theater timing cues, and experience information.
  • Collaborate with the Flex Service team to maintain optimal throughput and guest flow.
