Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation and a willingness to learn
Interest in how finance and technology intersect
Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools and applications

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Focus on quarterly and year-end financial reporting, analytics, and projections.
Build reports, analyze trends, and deliver insights that inform business decisions.
Gain exposure to expense management by partnering with business leaders on budgeting, tracking performance against plan, and understanding key cost drivers.
Support financial close processes, regulatory and management reporting, and a strong control environment.
Build a solid foundation in insurance accounting while working closely with business and finance partners to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
Develop the analytical, technical, and leadership skills needed to succeed in a modern finance organization.
