Requirements

Valid PA or NJ Driver's License
Ability to travel to account sites in Philadelphia, Bala Cynwyd & Camden.
Must be able to work flex shifts on 1st and 2nd as needed.
3+ years experience managing a team of up to 15 people
Experience in groundskeeping/landscaping/cleaning and using small power tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be at least 18 yrs of age.
HS Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment and selection of candidates. Onboarding and training of all new Ambassadors. Create a culture that would make everyone want to join your team!
Continual adjustments to the deployment of resources to match changing needs. This includes resources of the "human kind." Basically, redeploy according to daily needs.
Continual problem identification and solving to improve the quality of the program. Problem-solving is a very big part of what we do. (We need an innovator to lead our team.)
Purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment.
Reporting outcomes through a variety of reporting channels (This means spreadsheets, Kronos, Timekeeping, Budgets...you get the idea.)
Hands-on working manager in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training on standard policies and procedures.
