About The Position

Titan Security is seeking a Flex Officer to join their West Suburban portfolio. As a Flex Officer, you will be trained across multiple premier sites and master various security systems, developing a diverse skill set. This role reports directly to the Leadership Team and serves as a primary talent pool for advancement and leadership opportunities. The Flex Officer ensures operational continuity and site safety through risk mitigation, concierge services, advanced surveillance, access control, and professional communication.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of security experience.
Proficiency with CCTV, Access Control systems, and Email is essential.
Reliable transportation is required for travel between sites (covering the Downers Grove through Rosemont areas).
Must possess or be able to acquire a valid Illinois PERC card.
18+ years old.
HS Diploma/GED.
Able to pass drug/background screens.
Physically capable of foot patrols and walking stairs in various conditions.

Responsibilities

Conducting critical foot patrols to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the property.
Providing high-level concierge services to clients, tenants, and guests.
Utilizing CCTV and modern security technology to maintain site safety.
Managing professional entry/exit protocols for corporate and commercial sites.
Interfacing with clients and leadership via professional email and digital reporting.
