As a FLEX Manager, Ad Solutions you will play an important role in Marriott’s future by supporting the implementation and execution of advertising solutions across MARRIOTT MEDIA, Marriott’s fast-growing commerce media network. You will be responsible for translating product direction into scalable, operational solutions by managing how advertising capabilities are implemented, launched, and maintained across channels. Reporting into the Sr. Director, Ad Solutions, you will oversee the day-to-day management of advertising products across onsite (web, app, email), offsite (programmatic & paid social), and on-property media channels. This includes coordinating product launches, managing technical dependencies, and ensuring platforms, tools, and workflows are functioning effectively to support campaign execution and performance. You will act as a key connector between Product, Ad Operations, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring that advertising solutions are clearly defined, properly implemented, and consistently executed. You will manage timelines, drive delivery of product enhancements, and take ownership of resolving gaps between product design and real-world execution. You are highly detail-oriented, technically fluent, and comfortable managing complex systems and processes within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
