About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair in support of the facility and production equipment. In this role, the technician will work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls. Superior logical-thinking and troubleshooting skills are critical. Requirements

Basic computer skills
6 months industrial or building facility maintenance experience
Age: 18 years or older
Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills

Nice To Haves

Qualified boiler license ($2/hr additional pay)
LOTO Experience
3+ years industrial or building facility maintenance experience
Valid Driver’s License may be required

Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and repair of facility and production equipment.
Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls.
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions using testing equipment.
Perform regular machine maintenance, including corrections and alterations.
Ensure the complete physical safety of oneself and one's co-workers at all times without exception.
Inspect machinery for proper performance and detect faults and malfunctions.
Write technical reports understandable for people without technical background.
Show up on time, reliably complete tasks by the deadline, and adapt to changes in deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision.
Work well with others to meet team goals and adjust to important changes.
