About The Position

Green Dispensary is hiring a full-time, hourly Flex Delivery Driver to deliver customer orders across the Las Vegas Valley. Drivers rotate among Green Dispensary locations, with their weekly store assignment and shifts set according to delivery volume, staffing, and operational needs. The position offers $15.00 per hour plus tips, with overtime paid in accordance with Nevada and federal law. The company provides a vehicle on site; employees are responsible for communicating to the scheduled work location to use it.

The driver delivers orders safely and on time while following company procedures and Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board delivery regulations. Duties also include contacting customers before deliveries, preparing and verifying orders, checking customer identification and eligibility, sharing product information and promotions, handling payments and inventory according to security procedures, maintaining delivery records, and communicating with store teams and customers. Drivers may also assist with other delivery and store-support tasks as needed.

Applicants must be at least 21, hold a valid driver's license, meet the applicable driving-record requirements, and have or be able to obtain the required Nevada cannabis agent registration and local work cards. Required cards, licenses, and registrations must remain current and in good standing. Employment is contingent on obtaining and maintaining required credentials and passing background checks. Physical requirements include sitting for 2–6 hours of a shift, safely operating a vehicle for more than 5 hours, lifting up to 20 pounds when needed, and using hand-eye coordination and attention to detail to pull and pack orders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Driving record must meet insurance requirements, with no major violations within the previous 3–7 years depending on the state of licensure.
• Valid Nevada Cannabis Establishment Agent Registration Card, or ability to obtain one before the start date.
• LVMPD and/or North Las Vegas work card as required for assigned locations, or ability to obtain the required card(s).
• Availability for full-time hours and flexibility in shifts and store assignment from week to week.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including comfort making outbound phone calls.
• Positive, helpful, sales-minded approach to recommending products.
• Organization and attention to detail when preparing and verifying orders.
• Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to cannabis compliance and established procedures.
• Required cards, licenses, and registrations must remain current and in good standing throughout employment.
• Ability to pass background checks required by Nevada cannabis regulations.
• Ability to sit for 2–6 hours of a shift and safely operate a vehicle for more than 5 hours of a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds when needed.
• Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for pulling and packing delivery orders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time across the Las Vegas Valley while following company procedures and Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board delivery regulations.
• Make confirmation calls before each delivery to verify order details and inform customers about products or promotions.
• Prepare and package orders, checking products, labels, documentation, and order details for accuracy.
• Verify customer identification and eligibility before completing deliveries.
• Share product knowledge and current promotions with customers and suggest add-ons when appropriate.
• Follow cash-handling, payment, inventory, delivery-tracking, and security procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation.
• Communicate with store managers, the delivery team, and customers about orders, delays, or changes.
• Assist with other delivery and store-support tasks as needed.
