Great Benefits Package Available. Wage is $25.95Hr - $29.98Hr based on experience. Shift Differential: $3 Weekends (6am Sat-Mon 5:59am). Vista Prairie Communities is looking for Flex Certified Nursing Assistants. As a dedicated Flex Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for traveling to multiple VPC communities and assisting residents with activities of daily living and health related services to maintain their physical and emotional well-being. Some of your key accountabilities will include providing customer service, following delegated tasks, and providing resident care. Requirements
- Active certification on state’s Nursing Assistant registry.
- 1 year of training in health-related disciplines and/or experience.
- Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license or reliable source of travel.
Responsibilities
- Traveling to multiple VPC communities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living and health related services to maintain their physical and emotional well-being
- Providing customer service
- Following delegated tasks
- Providing resident care
- Picking up hours on all shifts and days of the week at the communities in the assigned region based on organizational need
