About The Position

Office Pride is seeking a dependable and flexible team member to fill a unique Flex-Assignment Cleaning Team role. This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income while maintaining a flexible schedule. Unlike a traditional fixed-route position, this role combines regularly scheduled shifts with opportunities to cover same-day staffing needs when team members are unavailable. Because of the nature of this position, flexibility and reliability are essential.

Requirements

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine cleaning tasks
Strong attention to detail
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Perform routine commercial cleaning services at various client locations
Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
Fill in for scheduled team members when coverage is needed
Work independently and assist cleaning teams at multiple facilities throughout the week
Communicate availability and schedule changes timely
