About The Position

Rubber Duck Truck and Fleet Wash is a modern facility opening in March in Sioux Falls, SD, and is looking for responsible Fleet Wash Technicians who are ready to join them for the next step in their career. They are building the cleanest, fastest truck and fleet wash in the region and want reliable people who are ready to grow with them. They are hiring for full-time and part-time positions. Pay is $20/hour with quarterly and yearly bonuses. Full-time positions will receive benefits. Rubber Duck Truck and Fleet Wash is a subdivision of the Vern Eide family.

Requirements

Ability to maneuver 50 pounds.
This job requires physical stamina with the ability to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for long periods of time.
Maintenance background required.
Enjoy hands-on work
Have a strong attention to detail
Responsible and reliable
Ability to work alone or with others
Must be 18 or older.
Valid Driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Offer efficient customer service by guiding semis and trucks into the truck wash.
Maintain the truck wash through preventative maintenance and regular cleanings.
Notify management and call for service repairs when malfunctions occur.
Assist customers with Founding Fleet Membership questions and sign-up.
Maintain safe working conditions.
