Requirements

  • Prior experience as a diesel mechanic/technician required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must have your own tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Team player, reliable, detail-oriented, safety-first mindset
  • Able to work in a non-climate-controlled setting with weekend/overtime availability
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior hands-on experience with heavy-duty trucks and diesel equipment
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge

Nice To Haves

  • CDL A preferred
  • Welding/fabrication a plus
  • Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain diesel trucks and equipment
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections
  • Pick up parts from local vendors and transport tools as needed
  • Assist with welding and fabrication tasks
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs are complete and reliable
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, following safety protocols
  • Contribute to the improvement of service processes and documentation
