The Fleet Support Specialist assists the Fleet Managers and National Accounts in the delivery of contracted fleet management services for our National Account Fleet Customers. Manage all daily service processes with Dealers and Customers to drive customer satisfaction. Drive service provider process compliance through metric-based performance reports. Manage program administrative tasks, including applicable system updates, service provider contract management, service quote reviews, and PM completion and dispatching. Assisting with Monthly responsibilities as required by the Fleet Administration Manager.
