About The Position

OTC Fleet Services is seeking a Part-Time Fleet Growth Manager to support both client relationship management AND light business development within the fleet and commercial service space. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Instead, it focuses on building long-term partnerships, maintaining key accounts, and proactively identifying new fleet service opportunities through relationship-driven outreach and local market presence.

  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Mature, trustworthy, and organized

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, fleet, service, logistics, or automotive preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing fleet clients
  • Conduct regular client check-ins (phone, email, and in-person visits)
  • Perform local drop-bys and relationship visits to fleet-based businesses
  • Identify new fleet opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Assist with onboarding new fleet service accounts
  • Expand services within existing accounts (mobile, shop, graphics, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Service Managers and internal teams
  • Track client activity and opportunities in company systems
  • Support growth of Fleet Graphix through existing fleet relationships
  • Represent OTC professionally in the local business community
