Fleet Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Fleet Specialist to manage and support our growing fleet of service vehicles. You’ll ensure our trucks are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and always ready to roll.
Requirements
- 2+ years of fleet management, logistics, or related experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards
- Ability to communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, and leadership
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of company vehicles and equipment
- Schedule and track preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and dealerships
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel, mileage, and GPS/telematics data
- Maintain accurate fleet records (registrations, insurance, inspections)
- Support vehicle onboarding/offboarding for new hires and terminations
- Help support the warehouse if needed
