About The Position

Caliber Fleet Solutions has an immediate job opening for an Automotive Service and Maintenance Technician to perform all-purpose duties. This may include, but is not limited to: testing parts and systems to ensure they are working properly, identifying mechanical problems, following checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined, testing and lubricating the vehicle’s engine and other major components, repairing or replacing worn parts such as brake pads and wheel bearings, and explaining to clients their automotive problems and the repairs done on their vehicles.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
