About The Position

TCI LEASING AND RENTAL is seeking a dedicated Fleet Shop Porter to join their team. The shift is Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with a pay range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurability (Class A is a plus).
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work independently.
Customer service skills, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required.
Willingness to travel as necessary to transport equipment.
Work the required schedule and work at the specific location required.

Responsibilities

Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, and report any issues to the location manager.
Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
Distribute licensing.
Pick up parts from various vendors.
Fuel and wash vehicles.
Assist with checking in parts from various vendors.
Assist the shop as needed.
Prep equipment for final sales.
Assist Sales Representative as needed.
Assist Sales Representative to take pictures.
Move equipment on the yard and between locations.
Refurbish equipment as needed.
Remove decals as needed.
Label equipment as needed.
