About The Position

This role involves reviewing existing processes to identify improvements and enhancements within Fleet Services. The analyst will be responsible for creating metric reports, tracking results for independent departments, and providing instructional training. Key activities include assisting in the development, documentation, and delivery of strategic projects, supporting operational design and improvement, conducting data analysis, and managing project documentation and scheduling. The position also requires assisting with conference calls, meetings, email correspondence, and ensuring the validation of reported data. Regular attendance is mandatory, and employees must be able to perform all assigned duties, which may extend beyond the listed requirements due to operational, safety, or other needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be self-directed and possess strong organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate requirements and deadlines
  • Ability to listen carefully and understand assignments
  • Proven track record of growth and advancement
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Must be self- directed and able to multi task in a fast paced team environment with little supervision
  • Detail oriented and customer focused
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job
  • Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct
  • Must be able to interact well with others
  • Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
  • Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
  • Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience in Visio, Access, and Publisher preferred
  • AS400, TMT, SQL experience preferred
  • Mechanical background preferred
  • Knowledge of Shop Structure, Shop Flow, and Internal Procedures preferred
