Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Willingness to work overtime and travel for training or projects
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of a forklift certification course
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily Service Department operations
- Schedule work, monitor efficiency, and ensure repair standards are met
- Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and coach technicians on repairs and installations
- Conduct monthly safety inspections and uphold shop cleanliness
- Operates company and customer vehicles and forklifts
- Oversee maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Collaborate with leadership to drive department goals
- Assist with phone coverage, work orders, and administrative tasks
- Maintains confidentiality of all company information
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
