Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in automotive or commercial fleet sales management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving high sales volume and profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Deep understanding of fleet financing, leasing, and contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our fleet customer base.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with corporate, government, and commercial fleet accounts.
  • Mentor and lead the fleet sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close large-volume fleet deals and manage the entire sales cycle.
