About The Position

Larry H. Miller Ford Lakewood is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic Sales Valet/Porter to join their winning team. This role is responsible for managing the dealership lot, including the cleanup, movement, organization, and display of vehicle inventory. The ideal candidate will help redefine the car-buying experience by ensuring vehicles are properly prepared, tagged, and presented. Requirements

  • Must have a proactive approach
  • Must have good organization & communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and organizing the vehicle inventory
  • Receiving and verifying inbound vehicles against invoice when applicable
  • Cataloging and inputting keys into the Key Track system
  • Ensuring all vehicles have fuel, required stickers/buyers guide, and are in good condition
  • Inspecting vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice/addendum
  • Ensuring inventory is cleaned, presentable, and properly displaying disclaimers and vehicle information
  • Moving and delivering vehicles when instructed
