Fleet Safety and DOT Manager
About The Position
The Fleet Safety & DOT Manager supports ABM’s enterprise-wide fleet safety, DOT compliance, and technology‑driven risk management programs. ABM operates a diverse fleet of approximately 6,000 vehicles, including 1,650 DOT‑regulated drivers and 1,000 DOT‑regulated (MCS‑150) vehicles. This role is responsible for managing DOT compliance, enhancing fleet safety performance, and optimizing ABM’s AI Camera & Telematics Program in partnership with Motive. The position collaborates closely with Operations, Safety, HR, Legal, and Risk to reduce fleet-related incidents, maintain regulatory compliance, and support safety excellence across ABM.
