About The Position

As a Fleet Painter, the primary responsibility is to prepare and maintain vehicles, equipment, and machinery by operating a paint booth. This includes preparing equipment for painting through sanding, cleaning, and taping, mixing paint to achieve specific colors and finishes, and installing stickers on completed equipment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 year of automotive or machinery painting experience
  • Able to pass a respirator fit test and pulmonary fit test

  • Forklift experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Small body work experience

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain vehicles, equipment, and machinery through operation of the paint booth
  • Prepare equipment for painting by sanding, cleaning, and taping
  • Mix paint to achieve a particular color and finish
  • Install stickers on completed pieces of equipment
