About The Position

The OT Security Architect defines and enforces the secure operational technology architecture across Fleet’s data center mechanical and industrial systems. This role ensures independent security oversight of all OT designs prior to build and commissioning.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in OT security or industrial control system security in a data center environment.
Experience with data center mechanical systems and network segmentation.
Strong knowledge of OT protocols and security controls.
Ability to operate independently from engineering delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver the secure OT architecture for mechanical systems including power, cooling, BMS, SCADA, and industrial control networks, including defined segmentation, monitoring, and access control standards.
Set and enforce security requirements for OEMs, integrators, and vendors supporting Fleet’s mechanical systems.
Establish and enforce independent security design approval gates for OT systems prior to construction and commissioning.
Partner closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams while maintaining independent authority for security approvals.
