Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience as listed; OR an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience as listed
- Experience in program management, airline customer support or fleet management
- Intermediate user of MS Office with focus on Excel for the purpose of data analysis and reporting.
Nice To Haves
- Expert knowledge of market with the ability to identify best practices and how to best utilize within the department.
- Knowledge of P&W Commercial Engines.
- Experience using MS Dynamics and PowerBI applications
- Influential leadership experience to drive business results
Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing alignment with key stakeholders (the Customer Focal Teams - CFT) across Commercial Engines.
- Drive consistency and discipline in the use of the Fleet Management Tool (FMT).
- Own the FMT business process and accuracy Control Tower metric.
- Lead the FMT Governance Council to provide process guidance to the CFTs.
- Support the Fleet Operation Managers with providing standard FMT Power BI Reports.
- Work with the Digital Tool team to enhance the FMT based on user feedback.
- Create and maintain Standard Work the FMT Playbook, all FMT processes and reports.
- Analyze field reported data in conjunction with FMT to support communicating fleet health status in IPMT
- Lead and/or support process improvement activities related to the fleet health data reporting and management
- Support financial analysis activities by analyzing field data via and FMT
- Support aircraft on ground (AOG) mitigation optimization initiative
