HCI is a national provider of occupational health screening services supporting corporations throughout the United States. HCI assists clients in maintaining OSHA compliance and protecting employee health through mobile audiometric testing, respiratory screening services, fit testing, and advanced data management solutions. Our services are delivered through highly coordinated field technician teams and a national fleet of specialized mobile testing vehicles. The Fleet Operations Manager is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing HCI’s mobile fleet operations, field technician support structure, operational compliance, and day-to-day execution of mobile health service delivery. This role combines fleet oversight, operational management, technician leadership, field auditing, and direct field participation. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, mechanically and operationally minded, capable of enforcing policy and procedure, and willing to actively work in the field operating HCI mobile units as needed. This position is expected to function as both a manager and operational contributor, spending approximately 25–50% of time supporting field operations directly as an HCI Technician and mobile unit operator.
