About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Fleet Operations Business Analyst for an upcoming project opportunity: RFP 2027-002 Fleet Management Software. This role involves documenting requirements and acceptance criteria for various aspects of fleet operations, including vehicles, maintenance, work orders, inventory, fuel, reporting, and user workflows. The analyst will review project scope, background, supporting materials, deadlines, and client requirements. They will also be responsible for providing role-specific materials such as resumes, cover letters, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability, and coordinating with FuntoNetwork on their assigned consultant role and technical work. Clear communication with stakeholders and support for quality control, status updates, and readiness are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
