About The Position

Under direct supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, this position assists the Fleet Manager in maintaining our fleet of vehicles and equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of Vehicle Maintenance Experience
  • 3 years of Diesel Mechanic experience
  • CDL Class B with driving record meeting Company insurance requirements
  • Eligible to work in the United States including clearance to work on Federal Contracts

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of Vehicle Maintenance Experience
  • 5 years of Diesel Mechanic experience
  • CDL Class A with driving record meeting Company insurance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Models safety compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Models efficient time management; mentors less experienced field staff in technical expertise.
  • Works collaboratively and respectfully with all Snowbridge staff.
  • Uses Company vehicles, equipment, tools and work space responsibly, including keeping vehicles, equipment, tools and shop bays neat and clean, and returning tools and equipment to their designated storage areas.
  • Conducting regular maintenance on all vehicles
  • Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed
  • Managing vehicle licensure and registration
  • Adheres to Snowbridge Employee Handbook Guidelines and Policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Starting pay for this position is $30 - $35/hour. Starting pay may be above or below based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
  • Snowbridge takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience relevant to the position for which they are applying, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
