Mechanics are responsible for maintaining and repairing the company’s full fleet of trucks, heavy equipment, and small‑engine equipment within an assigned region or division. This role requires broad mechanical repair experience, strong diagnostic ability, and versatility across fabrication, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and component repair. Mechanics may lead or assist other mechanics, shop assistants, or seasonal support when required. Strict adherence to safety standards is essential, and all fleet assets must be kept in safe, reliable working condition. Mechanics must be fluent in spoken and written English due to the technical nature of repair documentation, safety requirements, and equipment manuals. They must also hold a valid driver’s license and be willing/able to fly commercially for out‑of‑state projects and surge operations.
