About The Position
We are running a paid study on modern fleet operations and the software systems used to track vehicles. The goal is to evaluate current tooling options and understand where operational bottlenecks occur. Your feedback directly informs how we think about the next generation of fleet management solutions. You will participate in a remote conversational interview with our research team. We will ask you to walk through your daily routine, highlighting how you manage vehicle dispatch and maintenance schedules. You will also review a few common scenarios and explain the decisions you make to keep operations running smoothly. The session is entirely discussion-based, with no screen sharing required.
Requirements
- Active role in fleet management, dispatch, or logistics coordination
- Hands-on experience overseeing a fleet of commercial vehicles
- Familiarity with modern fleet management or telematics software
- Comfortable discussing operational workflows and daily challenges
