The Route Manager is responsible for dispatching and supporting the management of maintenance and repairs of the Philabundance fleet which includes both commercial trucks and non-commercial vehicles. Responsibilities include ensuring vehicle inspections (pre-and-post trip) are conducted daily in accordance with FMCSA regulations by Philabundance driving team. The Route Manager owns the overall vehicle inspection function of CDL fleet vehicles. The Route Manager is responsible for providing input to improve metrics and requirements that will support the overall Transportation goals. On time delivery, budgetary requirements, streamlining processes and adjustments to ensure efficiency will be monitored and ensured by the Manager of Transportation Operations. There will be a direct collaboration with the Logistics Analysis role.
