About The Position

Enterprise Fleet Management is expanding and seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Account Executive to build new business with mid-sized companies and government organizations across the Denver market. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in consultative B2B sales, enjoy client interaction, and are motivated by significant earning potential with a clear path to leadership or senior sales roles. The Account Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to presenting, closing, and onboarding new fleet clients. Through ongoing face-to-face interactions, active listening, industry expertise, and analysis, AEs deliver a proactive fleet management solution that highlights the financial and operational value of partnering with Enterprise Fleet Management. Enterprise Fleet Management partners with mid-sized businesses and government agencies to deliver customized, full-service fleet management solutions. With more than 50 offices nationwide and a growing North American fleet, our business is expanding rapidly, and we are committed to developing top sales talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required for this position
  • Must reside in the Denver, CO metropolitan area
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B or outside sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years
  • No DUI/DWI or other drug/alcohol-related driving convictions within the last five (5) years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify B2B and government leads through research, referrals, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Maintain a consistent meeting schedule with key decision-makers, including fact-finding meetings, presentations, and proposal reviews.
  • Successfully close quality accounts and effectively execute onboarding activities that deliver on the value proposition presented.
  • Learn each prospect’s business, including financials, fleet needs, industry trends, and long-term goals.
  • Create customized fleet management recommendations that demonstrate financial, operational, and strategic value.
  • Present solutions, negotiate agreements, and close new accounts.
  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and strong client experience.
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key contacts to secure referrals and future business.
  • Stay current with industry trends and actively participate in local associations and professional networks.
