About The Position
Crossroads Mobile Maintenance is seeking to hire a full-time Fleet Maintenance Technician. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, DOT inspections, and diagnosing and repairing automotive, heavy-duty trucks, and construction equipment. The technician will be expected to comply with company and customer safety policies, work independently in adverse weather conditions, maintain good interpersonal and communication skills, and accurately complete reporting and paperwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience in automotive or heavy-duty trucks.
- Basic computer skills.
- Possess basic tool inventory.
Responsibilities
- Effectively perform preventative maintenance, DOT inspections, diagnose and make repairs on automotive, heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment.
- Compliance with company and customer safety policies.
- Capable of working without constant supervision in adverse weather conditions.
- Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills and relationships.
- Comply with reporting and paperwork, inspection forms and details.
