Fleet Maintenance Shop Manager

As our Shop Service Manager, you’ll be based out of our North Las Vegas location while overseeing maintenance operations for both our North Las Vegas and Henderson shop locations, managing a team of 10 skilled technicians. You’ll ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering superior service to our customers—all while fostering a positive, productive, and safe workplace.
Requirements
- 10+ years diesel technician experience.
- 5+ years shop management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiar with DOT & OSHA regulations.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support shop staff with TCI’s Core Values at the forefront.
- Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and fleet needs.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and address service concerns.
- Recruit, train, and mentor top talent.
- Manage budgets, costs, and operational productivity.
- Conduct regular safety and shop meetings.
