About The Position
Jensen Infrastructure is recruiting a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic for its plant in Lockeford, California. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, operating, and maintaining diesel trucks, forklifts, and other moving equipment; assisting drivers with vehicle issues; completing DOT-required inspections; and keeping accurate equipment inspection and maintenance records. Candidates are required to provide their own tools.
Requirements
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification with 1–2 years of experience; industrial-setting experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with diesel engines, brake systems, and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with DOT requirements.
- Self-motivated and able to perform the role with minimal direction.
- Must have their own tools.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an industrial setting.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
