Requirements

5+ yrs experience in direct sales, account, and/or channel management development
Experience with Fuel Card sales & services
Experience with contract negotiation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and implement of Maverik’s commercial retail fuel marketing plan to help increase customer base and retention
Identify “target” companies and initiate contact with the appropriate people within the organization
Effectively communicate Maverik’s market proposition, determine customers’ needs, pain points and propose fueling solutions
Work closely with the internal operations teams to optimize the sales process from the first customer contact and ensure smooth delivery of client services and expectations
Utilize the industry knowledge to identify internal systems that best support customer pricing, billing, and customer service
Monitor customer sales and profitability
