About The Position

TCI is seeking a skilled and dependable Diesel Mechanic with experience in refrigerated trailers (reefers) to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel trucks and temperature-controlled trailer equipment to ensure safe and efficient fleet operations. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and can handle both routine maintenance and complex repairs. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and be relied upon to keep equipment running with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years Diesel Engine Repair
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be available for On Call

Nice To Haves

• 609 Certification preferred
• Self-motivated & Leadership skills
