This isnt a "behind-the-scenes" cleaning job—its a leadership role for someone who takes pride in the "final polish" and enjoys keeping a fleet road-ready. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for automotive care, and the drive to lead a crew, we want you on our team.

Requirements

At least 2 years in a detailing, janitorial, or fleet service role.
You know how to motivate a small team and keep morale high during a busy shift.
Strong organizational habits and basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel) for shift reporting.
A valid drivers license with a clean record, reliable transportation to our site, and the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on detailing, fueling, and cleaning of fleet vehicles and facilities, ensuring every unit meets our "spotless" guarantee.
Conduct final inspections on your teams work to ensure 100% compliance with DetailXPerts standards.
Train new hires on pro-level detailing techniques, fueling safety, and efficient workflows.
Coordinate vehicle movement, monitor supply inventory, and report any mechanical or maintenance issues to management.
Maintain a professional presence and provide exceptional service to our Grand Rapids partners.
