About The Position

The PACE Fleet Coordinator is critical for the daily coordination and execution of fleet and transportation operations at an assigned PACE center that operates as part of a multi‑center PACE program. In this role you will support onboarding and skill development for driving staff through precepting, monitor daily fleet and technology use across all staff operating program vehicles, track center‑level fleet utilization trends. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED - Required
  • Driver's License - Required
  • Auto Insurance - Required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)-American Heart Association- Within 90 Days of Hire- Required
  • 1 Year Experience Working with Frail/Elderly Experience - Required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree - Preferred
  • 1 Year Experience in a PACE program - Preferred
  • 2 Years Experience transporting physically and cognitively impaired individuals - Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily vehicle assignments supporting participant transportation and IDT home-based services for the assigned center.
  • Adjust routing, schedules, and fleet availability in response to census changes, participant acuity, care team needs, or operational disruptions.
  • Resolve real-time logistical issues affecting fleet utilization and service continuity.
  • Apply established PACE fleet and transportation procedures consistently during daily operations while balancing center needs with fleet standards.
  • Champion a positive participant experience by reinforcing professional conduct, clear communication, and respectful service delivery during all transportation interactions with PACE participants and care teams.
  • Track scheduled maintenance activity and ensure required work is completed as planned.
  • Ensure safe and compliant daily fleet activity using approved fleet technology and telematics tools to support safe and compliant vehicle operation.
  • Serve as the onsite preceptor responsible for communicating, training, and remediating to ensure safe driving practice of multiple disciplines.
