About The Position

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (HYMH), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Fleet Claims Processor at our facility located in Greenville, NC. As a Fleet Claims Processor, you will process incoming Fleet Claims as submitted by the Dealer network. Evaluate submitted claims to determine accurate processing. Communicate with dealers for input or missing documentation as necessary. Administer all Fleet guidelines when evaluating and processing claims. Administer warranty policy guidelines for reimbursement of dealer claims.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • BS degree and 1 year work experience preferred
  • AS degree and 3 years work experience preferred
  • 5+ years with no degree
  • Yale and Hyster product systems.
  • Experience with Dealer submission systems and (NWO) utilization
  • Experience with Warranty Policy and Procedures
  • Forklift Truck Knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis of incoming claims, inclusive of all segments of claim.
  • Ensure claims are coded properly to support proper billing and data analysis.
  • Support the Business Management System by following processes documented in the MasterIndex.
  • Ensure all claims adjusted or denied are properly supported by the use of a descriptive denial\adjustment code.
  • Escalate, via a descriptive email, where dealers continually fail to follow program requirements.
  • Process claims in a manner to support customer driven deadlines for billing or data analysis.
  • Ensure Customer Specific Processing Guidelines are followed when processing claims.
  • Follow all departmental procedures for processing and follow-up on claims as set out in departmental policies and DCNs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of assigned Fleet claims.
  • Ensure all claims are processed within 5 days of claim receipt date on average.
  • Keep claims issues/comments up-to-date on reports to ensure stakeholders are notified to help resolve.
  • Support organizational financial goals.
  • Ensure appropriate back-up when out-of-office for processing and claims review.
  • Support all projects assigned by Manager including support of call center as requested.
