About The Position

The Fleet and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day maintenance and compliance of the company’s vehicle fleet, as well as supporting warehouse operations and general building and property upkeep. This role helps ensure that vehicles, equipment, facilities, and safety-related processes are maintained and functioning to support safe and efficient business operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to operational needs
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety standards
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all company vehicles
• Monitor vehicle usage, condition, and performance to ensure operational readiness
• Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, registrations, insurance, and service history
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, licensing, and reporting requirements
• Serve as a liaison between drivers and the safety team to support communication, issue resolution, and implementation of safety initiatives
• Assist the Safety Manager with maintaining incident logs, documentation, and related reporting
• Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and service providers to support fleet-related services
• Support organization and general upkeep of the warehouse, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies
• Support field staff with equipment and material needs
• Assist with general building and property maintenance, including coordinating repairs, monitoring facility conditions, and addressing upkeep needs
• Assist in vehicle acquisition, replacement planning, and disposal processes
