About The Position
This is a full-time position, and hours will be based upon business demands. The responsibilities include responding to road service calls throughout the day and responding to after-hours service calls 24/7 when on-call. This position is expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star service to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, as well as consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
Requirements
- Hourly compensation based upon experience and performance
- Additional $10.00 for each after-hours Service Call performed
