About The Position

Owns fleet data accuracy, reporting, and performance visibility across all systems. Ensures a reliable single source of truth and supports decision-making through accurate data.

Requirements

2–5 years relevant experience
Strong Excel and data skills
Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to company’s drug free workplace policies
Valid Driver’s License; some local travel may be required
Required to stand for periods of time; walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms
Must be able to read, write, talk and hear
Repetitive tasks with computer-based work

Nice To Haves

Fleet system experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate fleet inventory across all systems (TMT, TMW, etc.)
Ensure equipment status is correct (available, down, inactive, assigned)
Identify and correct data discrepancies
Develop and maintain utilization, revenue, downtime, and cost reporting
Track KPIs and identify trends
Highlight underutilized or high-cost equipment
Support forecasting and budgeting
Maintain reporting consistency across terminals
Owns data accuracy and reporting integrity
Supports decision-making but does not make operational decisions
Does not execute equipment moves
