About The Position

The Dealer Rental Program Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day activities to support the Dealer Daily Rental Manager and internal personnel. This role involves utilizing various systems, databases, and online tools to address inquiries and investigate concerns. As the primary point of contact for the dealer network, the coordinator provides support and guidance on all aspects of the dealer rental program, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience across the dealer body.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to support customers.
  • High level of accuracy with attention to detail.
  • Experience in data analysis and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Review and process exception requests using the Dealer Rental Exception (DRE) system.
  • Submit email requests to the DDR Manager or other Rental Team Managers as needed.
  • Generate reports to assist the rental management team and additional personnel, including the Lincoln Units in Operation Report (Quarterly), Enrollment Reports (As Needed), and VIN List updates (Weekly).
  • Update program details and supporting documentation on the FRAC/LRAC/DDR web page based on program, model year, and vehicle line eligibility changes.
  • Submit and test incentive changes.
  • Collaborate with the Ford Pro Contact Center of Excellence (CCoE) to address rental-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct in-service audits for program adherence, review details with Dealer Rental Management, and forward approved findings to the General Auditors Office for processing.
  • Maintain procedure documentation associated with the business and role.
