About The Position

The Dealer Services Analyst will work closely with investment adviser clients to facilitate selling agreements with financial intermediaries (i.e. broker-dealers, banks, trust companies, etc.) and provide general operational support.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working in a tech enabled environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Major or concentration in business, finance, economic, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a financial environment, with knowledge of securities and securities markets preferred, as well as experience in investment operations and client services; Distributor or Transfer Agency experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate selling agreement process with various financial intermediaries.
  • Maintain database of agreements and assist with the preparation of reports to clients.
  • Work closely with transfer agents in drafting fund corporate action notices, establishing intermediaries to trade on their systems and assisting with fund setup questionnaires.
  • Research and resolve inquiries from clients and financial intermediaries daily.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.
