About The Position

The Flatwork/DryFold position is essential in ensuring the efficient processing and handling of laundered textiles, primarily focusing on flatwork items such as sheets, tablecloths, and other large fabric pieces. The role involves operating specialized folding and finishing equipment to prepare textiles for delivery or further use, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. This position requires attention to detail to identify and address any imperfections or issues with the fabric during the folding process. Responsibilities

• Operate flatwork folding machines and dry fold equipment to process laundered textiles according to company standards.
• Inspect textiles for stains, tears, or defects and report any issues to supervisors for resolution.
• Sort and organize folded items for packaging and distribution, ensuring accuracy in counts and order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and assist in training new employees as needed.
